Free Shipping

All US orders over $500 ship free. We use FedEx Ground or UPS Ground — most orders arrive within 3–7 business days from our Kent, WA warehouse.

Standard Shipping (orders under $500)

A flat rate of $49 applies to US orders under $500.

Local Pickup — Free

Pick up your order free at our showroom: 302 W Harrison St, Kent, WA 98032. Select “Local Pickup” at checkout. We’ll email you when your order is ready (usually same day).

International Shipping

We ship internationally by quote only. Contact us at (253) 266-2769 or via our contact form for a shipping estimate to your country.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Large Rug Shipping

Rugs 9×12 and larger may ship via freight carrier (LTL). In this case, we will contact you to schedule a delivery time window. Freight deliveries require a signature.

Returns

14-Day Return Window

We want you to love your rug. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.

Conditions

• The rug must be unused — no stains, pet hair, or odors
• The original tag/label must still be attached
• Returns must be shipped in the original packaging or equivalent

Return Shipping Cost

• Defective or incorrect item: Afshar Carpet covers return shipping
• Change of mind: Customer covers return shipping

How to Start a Return

Contact us at (253) 266-2769 or via the contact form within 14 days of delivery. We will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned rug. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
